Or... you could make the cake, and then freeze it. But before it becomes rock hard, take it out and cut it into individual servings, then wrap EACH piece separately really good. Then when you need a fix... you go get 1 serving out of the freezer.
Course mine never gets to the freezer, but my intentions are good. lol

I know...I made cookies last weekend and yester day I ate 6 of them, all at one.....pitiful!
